- Technical support and advice to our customer base (EMEA) and business partners
- On-site installation and testing of AC and DC charging stations
- General on-site technical service (maintenance, upgrades, diagnostics and troubleshooting)
- Sales support with technical pre-sales support
- Training of customers, partners and service teams
- Implementation of vehicle interoperability tests in cooperation with our customers
- Close cooperation with the departments: software development, hardware development, sales and marketing
- Travel in the EMEA division is an essential part of the job
- Degree as a state-certified technician or in an engineering degree program
- Work experience in an engineering environment is desirable
- Electrician licence (VDE 0100) (training available)
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, other languages would be an advantage
- Secure handling of MS-Office applications, ERP knowledge is an advantage
